Yes, 85-95°F and humid. But the stadium has AC and the roof will likely be closed. Stay hydrated outside.

Can I use public transit?

Yes! MARTA is clean and safe. Gold/Red/Blue/Green lines all connect to airport and downtown. Stadium station is Dome/GWCC.

Where should I stay?

Downtown or Midtown for walking distance. East Atlanta Village or Decatur for cheaper and more character.

Is Atlanta safe?

Tourist areas (Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead) are safe. Normal city awareness applies. MARTA is fine.
